Sales

Due to the small-scale custom work and creativity behind each item, all sales are final.

No returns, and no exchanges.

Customer Care

I value the art and craft community that I am lucky to be a part of. So, while all sales are final, I do take the relationships with my customers seriously. If there is a defect or quality issue with an item, please email to let me know. I am sure we can collaborate on finding a solution that works for you.

In addition, I take personal privacy seriously. I don't track customer information for promotional uses and will not contact you with marketing or promotional offers.

Commissions and Custom Work

At this time I am not taking commissions or other custom work requests. I am, however, always happy to talk about your ideas and we can brainstorm a way to bring them to life! I am connected with a great network of local fibers artists and craftspeople and know that if I am unable to assist you, I can likely put you in touch with someone that can.
